About Bella

Bella is 9 years old. We were told she is a Japanese Chin, but we see her more as a Pekingese. Se has a grade 4 heart murmur, collapsing trachea, and some asthma. She is on Enalapril and Lasix and most likely will be for the rest of her life. She seems pretty normal other than panting a little more that usual. She is also grossly overweight and could greatly benefit from a diet. She weighs 16.8 pounds and should be around 12. She doesn't like being held much but she is a sweet dog. Her owner passed away. She appears to have had a dental and is missing a lot of teeth, but is able to eat kibble. She is looking for a quiet home that she can relax in for the last chapter of her life. She is good with other calm dogs and cats. She is able to use a pet door. She is heat sensitive. A low altitude would be best for this girl.
