About Sushi

This beautiful baby is Sushi, a 7 year old, 40 pound Shar Pei! She is a gentle, loving girl who thinks she is a lap puppy. She is friendly and she loves everyone she meets, human or dog. Sushi enjoys the company of other dogs, but would prefer a calm companion her size or smaller. She has not been around cats or young kids since she has been with us, but she is fine with older (teens) kids. Sushi knows how to walk on a leash and loves to ride in the car. She uses the doggy door to go outside to potty and sleeps all night at the bottom of the big bed. She is a good girl who doesn't get into any mischief! When her foster mom leaves the house, she hops up on the couch and naps until she comes home. Sushi was a little rough looking when she came in, but has been on meds for skin allergies and is looking better every day. Her foster mom describes her as a big happy wrinkle! Sushi has been to the vet for a wellness check, is up to date on shots, heartworm negative, has had a ProHeart 12 heartworm prevention shot, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration. She has her spay and a dental scheduled the end of this month.
