Phil is from a group of stray cats left to fend for themselves in a trailer park... I suspect they were a nuisance to the community since no one took responsibility in fixing them, and I was only supposed to rescue 10, but took in 19 needing desperate help instead! He is SO sweet, super chill, super cuddly, loves pets and being held... He's the ultimate kitten!!! He would make an indoor kitty best.
