About Blue

I rescued this animal almost 2 years ago I have dogs of my own they were going to take him out in the woods and shoot him in the head he was very ill he had pneumonia he had Lyme disease I spent several hundred dollars getting this dog healthy getting him neutered I have treated him like part of the family but I am 64 years old and he is almost 85 lb very difficult for me to control him he can be aggressive if he does not know you he's a very good guard dog I took him in he loves my family he loves my grandchildren and protects them he protects the female smaller dog I have and watches over her he's a good dog and he's smart but I just cannot handle such a big dog I have health issues. Blue would be a great single dog for anyone that will play with him he is smart very smart and likes to be cuddled once he's comfortable with you I can take food from his mouth he's not aggressive in that way he does not like roughhousing if he loves you and someone starts roughhousing in your house play fighting he gets aggressive he does not like male dogs now I just had to get him neutered thinking it would calm him down but I am told that can take some time he's large and he's beautiful
