About Nala

WE HAVE GOTTEN AN UPDATE!!!!! - there is a large possibility she will be going to the pound/shelter somewhere in Georgia as she is old and has some issues with her I believe she would be euthanized soon, if you do like her please contact me quickly Nala is a female senior dog who was found with a male puppy named Apollo who has been adopted, we are currently staying at a motel/hotel which is where Nala and Apollo were found, she is over 8 years of age, has some joint and hip problems, She does have some type of skin disorder, or it's just allergies, so she does scratch and bite at her skin, which causes her to lose fur and get ugly scars and rashes, all of her K-9 teeth are broken at the tip, she does not like to eat or drink, and she was very dependent on Apollo so she will probably start to follow you and your pet around. from what I know she is dog and people friendly, I think she knows some commands but I am not positive about that one... she does walk well on a leash and off-leash, I believe she is part boxer and my friend thinks she has pit in her. she's a really good dog who was most likely used as a bait dog once in her lifetime. Originally she did not want to follow me anywhere, but after spending the night with her she is almost fully dependent on me, she will follow me around, she gets up when I get up, she listens to me, etc. So don't be sad if she is not taking much of a liking towards you, she just needs to get use to her new place, people, and friends. We are in Dalton Georgia and we can't drive any were too far as our car will break down, so we prefer someone in Dalton Georgia just to make it easier on us and on her, if you do not live in dalton Georgia you can still 'apply' to adopt her, just be prepared to drive to us.
