Name: Ruby Age: Approximately 12 years old Breed: Chihuahua Sex: 4-6# Female (spayed) Location: Contra Costa County Vet Information: Not UTD on vaccinations. HW not up to date. Ruby was microchipped per owner but not up to date on vaccinations or HW. Owner report: Because now she needs someone to take care of her more time that I can, she is so lovely and dependent, she is spoiled and needs more attention and due to my current situation I am not able to take the proper care she needs. Ruby is described as an outdoor dog with a fenced yard who is not housebroken but is leash trained. She knows basic commands like 'Come, No, Give me a Kiss, etc' She loves to listen to to you talking to her. She is very spoiled and loves a lot of attention. Ruby is described as outgoing and great with all people and other dogs. Ruby's owner reports 'my situation is changing and i cannot give Ruby what she needs anymore. Her eye just started turning white (cataracts), and she relies on me more and more and i can't give her the attention she needs.
