About Zoey Girl

Zoey is some kind of mix though we can't really guess. She is about a year old and weighs approx. 25 lbs. She has Shepherd type ears (though they are folded back in this funny picture). Her posture and stance she looks like a pocket Belgian Malamois at times. She is still a little cautious at the rescue and will need someone to be tender to her in her transition to her new home. She prefers the company of humans and doesn't miss a beat. She notices everything going on around her. Her current favorite pastime seems to be watching the neighbors across the road and their sheep. Don't you wish they could tell us about their past? What stories we would hear. Zoey seems to be a gentle soul who was betrayed by someone in her short little life. We are hoping someone compassionate will come along to adopt her soon and show her many years of what love and devotion look like. She is house trained and playful in calm while in the house.
