About SAWYER (blind kitten)

Adoption Fee: $60
Domestic Cat
Age: Young Kitten
Sex: Male

SAWYER is a blind, 10-wk-old Tabby Bengal mix kitten. This extraordinary little boy was found on the side of the road with severe eye infections, immediately taken to our vet and then placed in a fabulous foster home. Although there was nothing the vet could do to save his vision SAWYER has thrived. He has no idea that he's blind. He loves being with his foster Mom and would love to go to a new home where there is a cat or cat-friendly dog buddy he can play with. He loves to snuggle and cuddle. He faithfully uses his litter box. He's neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, tested negative for FIV and FELV and microchipped. SAWYER will need supervision in a new home until he becomes acclimated to new surroundings but once he knows the layout of the house he's purr-fect. SAWYER is located in Barnegat, New Jersey but he may be transported for the home of his dreams to Southern NJ or the Philadelphia area. If you have room in your home and your heart for SAWYER, contact [email protected] or 610-506-9270 - include your name, phone number, email address, and location. An adoption application process is required. We would prefer a quiet home with no young children who wouldn't be able to comprehend his disability. The adoption fee (donation) is $60.
