homing/racing pidgeon beautiful, white tail feather, purple/greenish ring around neck speckled head and under carrier-black and white speckled. Feeding him/her bird food and supplying water, he hides under my car for shade been here almost 2 months, but we have an abundanceof red tail hawks and eagles that keep trying to get to him
