CUBBY - AKA PORKCHOP - ID #207362 Apple Valley Shelter, Apple Valley, So Cal Please help us find a Porkchop aka Cubby a home or foster and rescue asap before he is killed at the Apple Valley shelter! Listed at only 2 years old and perfectly sized at 48 lbs, this adorable, young chow mix, believed to have some retriever also in him, has a calm disposition and we have videos to share and posted on facebook. Sadly, this boy finds himself in a high kill and remote shelter in Apple Valley where he could be euthanized for space at anytime (this shelter is out of kennels had to already bring in portables!). We sent someone to meet him who said, he had 'No reaction to other dogs barking. Came up to kennel door calmly. Very sweet, mellow dog.' Cubby (or Porkchop as the shelter named him) can be adopted or needs urgent rescue, we are looking for a good home or a foster we can refer to a rescue ASAP.
