About Bosco

This animal is available to licensed rescue groups only. Please do not enquire unless with a licensed rescue group. Bosco is a very well behaved well trained long haired rottweiler (I keep him cut down, which he likes). He is trained to walk on and off the leash, he has been trained to remain on our property and allowed to lay out in the yard unattended without fear of him wandering off. He is good with boundaries. He loves kids, good with all people, loves riding in the car. He DOES have diabetes and requires insulin 2x a day, as well as diabetic dog food. Even small off the table food scraps sends his blood sugar reeling. He is starting to develop diabetic cataracts which the Vet says he has some vision loss, but he is not blind. He is neutered and microchipped and has updated vet shots and treatment. Because of his diabetic needs I feel he is best to go to an agency who can review the persons adopting him.
