About Rosie

Rosie is a beautiful chocolate mix, she is approximately 1 1/2 years old and weighs close to 40 lbs. Rosie is looking for an active family, she is very smart and has been especially challenging to keep contained at our shelter. She has found herself in our 'monkey kennel' that we use for the dogs that tend to climb. Rosie needs an outlet for her energy and a family that will take her with them on their adventures. She is not happy at the shelter, we can not trust her alone in the play yard but she does get a daily walk while we clean her kennel. Rosie is spayed, she has tested negative for heartworms, she is fully vaccinated, and she is microchipped. We are a rescue in Mississippi and we come to CT with our pre-adopted pets and meet with the adopters at a predetermined time and location. We can be available for a video call for a virtual meet and greet after an application has been submitted. **We are not able to adopt animals to residents of MA, NH, ME, and RI at this time. ** The adoption fee DOES include transportation.
