About Pepper

Barely one year old. Pepper is neutered, up to date on all his vaccinations and micro-chipped. He was found at the tender age of 6 months, 'at large' meaning he was sniffing around right in front of animal control! He was fostered to adopt right from the shelter. But there are large numbers of cats and kittens at the foster's, and he was too rough with the kittens. Didn't bug the cats. But he had to go. Rather than go back to the shelter, he was brought by for a meet and greet. He stayed. This guy is an adopter's dream.
