About Benji

Hi! My name is Benji, and I am a 16 week old Hound mix baby boy. My foster mommy says that just like my siblings, I am a lover of LOTS of attention and I don't mind invading your personal space! I like to run, play, get attention, and of course, get into puppy mischief. I am a super sweet boy and love bug. My foster mom also had this to say about me: 'You are never going to believe this�'�|.Benji the dog, the myth, the walking 'Meatball'. This dog is the perfect dog for that person who loves to get in a good nap on those rainy Sunday afternoons, while (insert boring T.V show here) plays in the background for noise. You can be lulled to sleep by the calming sound of Benji's adorable mush face puppy snores. He has short, controlled, burst of puppy energy, emphasis on the short, and then wants nothing more to snuggle up to you or lay quietly by your feet and dream the day away. He is crate trained and for the most part completely potty trained and loves to be on a schedule. He loves everyone but he isn't one of those dogs that jumps all over you plastering your face with gross slobbering kisses, he is more refined and mature than that, and will gently flick you with his little baby tongue when he shows his affection. He is a chunk and very food motivated, he will work for food and knows how to sit and wait for his meal. This little Meatball will be the perfect addition to any family that wants a laid back, but insanely sweet puppy, who I'm pretty sure is a reincarnation of my Grampa George.' Won't you bring me home to love you? I will be a medium to large dog when fully grown so I require a house (no apartments or renters) with a fully fenced yard.
