About Murphy

Murphy is a 3 year old, sweet and loving dog to those he allows to be close to him. He has genetic nervousness and is impulsive when he is fearful. He is on regular medication to control the impulsivity. He has not bitten any humans, but has had encounters with other dogs. The main reason we have to give him up is that he has been aggressive with his sibling lately and she is becoming fearful of him. I strongly believe that in an adult home without other pets, Murphy could be a wonderful dog. Alone time with him on walks and in social situations without his sister, he is very well behaved and wants to do the right thing. He is an awesome running companion and would love to have an active owner.
