About Kirby

We rescued this handsome little guy from the county shelter where he had been dropped off after being reportedly hit by a car. He had a completely fractured pelvis and was unable to walk on his hind legs. We took him in and gave him the FHO surgery he needed to repair his fractures. He has been healing so well, and is expected to make a full recovery! He will require about two more weeks of kennel rest, but we are now accepting applications for pre-adoption! Kirby is a sweet, loving boy who gets along with people, children and dogs of all sizes. Because he has been through so much, he does take a little bit of time to trust and warm up. Once he realizes that he's safe, though, he wants all the pets and gives all the kisses. His adoption fee includes his vaccines, neuter, microchip, full veterinary exam and FHO surgery.
