BLUE BEAUTY SEEKING FOREVER FAMILY! A survivor of the cruel New York City kill pound, BLUE (FKA 'Ricky') has come a long way with his foster family! BLUE's foster mom tells us just how far: 'BLUE,' she writes, 'is a 70-pound beautiful American Bully, believed to be around 6-yrs-old. BLUE's large head and handsome smile are the first things you will notice. His massive mouth looks intimidating but BLUE is a gentle sack of warm potatoes. BLUE would love nothing more than to sit with you and watch TV in his new forever home. He is completely housebroken. On walks BLUE pulls for the first 100 feet as he is excited to be outside but quickly calms down and remains by your side with little to no correction. He ignores everything around him and just focuses on his walk. BLUE is very quiet; I mean he rarely ever barks! His favorite activities include dinner time and belly rubs. As you begin to pet him, BLUE will slowly lay down to entice you to follow him and rub his belly. Do not expect him to play fetch, BLUE would rather look at the object thrown and lay down. He is a perfect dog who will quickly steal your heart. BLUE is a bit of a bull in a china shop; that melon head of his seems to hit everything as he walks. BLUE knows basic commands but could use some more work on manners. An experienced adopter is recommended as BLUE would benefit from some consistency and structure.
