About Chester

I adopted Chester from Richmond Animal League when he was two months old in 2016 and is now 5 years old. For three years now, he has developed inappropriate urinating and defecating on a daily basis. He has peed just about everywhere downstairs. I am incapable of continuing to care of him because this behavior is so time consuming. I have added an additional litter box, temporarily moved one of the litter boxes multiple times to his biggest troublesome area - the living room. I have taken him to the vet multiple times for examinations and lab work, and he is completely healthy; nothing has turned up abnormal. He is a very sweet and affectionate cat, but he needs an experienced adopter who might be able to help relieve these behaviors. He has been on Prozac and Neurotin for years now to try and destress him, but it does not seem to ultimately work. Chester has had a sensitive stomach since I adopted him. He's been put on different Purina ProPlan diets (including Weight Management). But, my other two cats are picky and have not liked any of the foods. Right now Chester is eating Blue Buffalo Wilderness Rocky Mountain Recipe High Protein, Natural Adult Dry Cat Food, Red Meat
