About Brooklyn

Poor Brooklyn beat her timestampand she's been through a lot and deserves a chance at a good life. Brooklyn has these gorgeous grey eyes, pointy curious ears, and a lowrider body. She's ridiculously easy to walk. She trots along with her tail wagging, you have to check to make sure she's still on the leash because doesn't pull you along! She loves just getting outside and smelling everyyythinggg! She's a Low to Medium energy dog. She enjoys attention, being pet, giving kisses, being silly, walking or smelling or relaxing, and staying close to her person. She knows sit and sits and waits to cross the street if there's traffic. She's housebroken but the kennel life makes that very hard to keep up and stressful on her. She's said to be people-selective. I've never seen her not like a person, but she can be a little shy and slow to warm up. Her notes state she's hard barking in her kennel, I personally have never seen that. Usually when I walk up to her she's asleep or waiting by her kennel door with her paws up and tail wagging. She's a short little thing, she can barely see over her kennel door unless she stands up. Brooklyn was surrendered by her owners in May. She has a bite on her history, she nipped a neighbors finger when they greeted her. (details included in pictures) Brooklyn's previous owner stated she was not dog friendly, however the volunteers have found her to be dog tolerant. She's had several dog meets, if a dog is too hyper for her she turns and walks away. Good news though, she loves a bath and some self care ��%BD��%BD%BD��%BD��%BD%BD��%BD��%BD%BDS For Brooklyn to live her best life, she would need to be a single dog in a home with no small children.
