About DORA

Meet Dora! ��ե Pit mix, 10 months old, female, 35-40 lbs Dora had a bit of a rough start in life as she lived in a cage most of the time outside. She was then surrendered to a shelter at 7 months old. Since being in her foster home she has been making big strides everyday! She has over come many fears, one of which was being inside a home for the first time! Over the course of her time in her foster home she has proved to be a very smart girl and only had two accidents inside, both were within the first few days- since then she has been accident free!! She's quiet in her crate at night and while your home and can't watch her. She LOVES all dogs and would really love to have a playmate in her fur-ever home. She's a bit to excited to meet the resident cats so we haven't ventured there. Dora has made a few trips to the local park, she is a little shy meeting new people and children are not something she is familiar with. She wants to run and hide from anything that scares her but she will persevere if she is given time to think about it. Dora's ideal home would include a playful fur sibling(s) of any size.
