About Mya

Mya is a sweetheart (approx 1 year old, 30 pounds) adopted previously as a rescue from the inland valley shelter. She is the classic small herding dog, loves to chase and catch frisbees and has basic commands of sit come stay and place. She is submissive in nature, displays bite inhibition but does enjoy using her mouth to communicate. We'd prefer her go to someone with previous experience with herding dogs, and someone with access to a park/backyard. We have not been able for her to meet any dogs as of yet so she tends to fixate and get excited by dogs/cats. She is somewhat independent but definitely wants to be closeby to her owners.
