Otis is a fun, excited dog who needs a new home that can take care of him the way we unfortunately are no longer able to. He was a rescue dog in Louisiana where a good friend of mine found him in the street with a broken leg. They gave him a stint and took him to a vet, but they said it would be too late for it to heal straight. Even with his leg healed limp, he is able to walk, run, and play as any other dog would be able to!
