About Katy

Katy is ready for adoption ��Z��%81� �%81� Katy is a 16 year old lab mix who was brought into the rescue after being owner surrendered to the shelter. After being evaluated by our vet we learned that Katy is extremely healthy for her age and is ready to be adopted into a forever family! �%81� �%81� Katy weighs approximately 90 lbs and has been started on a new diet to help her loose weight. Her favorite treat is broccoli and because she needs to still lose some weight she doesn't get many! She is house trained and will go into a crate on a lead and then lay down and take a snooze! Katy is content with lounging around the house, roaming around the house and short walks. She will come to you when she wants pets. She recently discovered a toy she likes and just squeaks it and shakes her head. She would love a low key household with either no other pets or other calm pets that will give her space.
