About Luna

Meet Luna. She is 10 years old and I've had her since she was just a couple weeks old when she followed us home. Something tramatic happened to her on the streets I'm guessing from another animal and that's why she is terrified of dogs. When she was a kitten she lived with another cat but only for a couple months. We had to teach her to eat her food out of her bowl, she kept getting into the trash can to eat. She is scared of the outdoors, but is curious. She'll walk no more then 10 feet out and then run back in. If you had a fenced yard I bet she would feel safe and adjust. I lived in downtown Boise the whole time with her so there was a bunch of noise. I moved to Tacoma a couple months ago and can't have her where I'm at. She's staying with my friend in Portland, but he is younger and has people coming over a lot and her anxiety has gotten to be to much. In the past couple of years her anxiety has gone up a bit, but if you live in a place and you don't have a lot of company, she would be perfect for you. When people do come over, she gets hissy but has NEVER EVER swatted or bit at me or anyone. She stays mad for a bit, but then relaxes. She's gotten to be very snuggly. Every time I lay down she comes sprinting and curls up on my shoulder. She likes to play and I have a bunch of toys and a cat tower for her too if you want it. It breaks my heart I have to do this. I know someone is out there that can love her as much as I do.
