About Mojito

****PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST BEFORE INQUIRING***** This is Mojito, Mo for short! We hear alot of stories in rescue, and this one is not unique. He was brought home without permission from the parents, and well, the parents didn't want him. So he's with us, and we couldn't be happier. He's gonna be a great puppy for a family or person. He's about 12 weeks old, and weighs about 10-12 pounds. More than likely will be a medium dog as an adult, but we cannot, and will not guarantee size. He was originally purchased from a backyard breeder. He's full of life, and loves everyone he meets. He's playful, and loves to be in the backyard running around. He's being crate trained now. He gets along with other dogs, both large and small. If you are looking for some joy, you found it - Mo's middle name should be joyful!! As part of your adoption contract, you will be required to transport the puppy to complete his/her shots, as well as for their spay/neuter at a later date. While puppies are adorable and cute, they are a lot of work. They take time, dedication, and above all, commitment. They will require training (we give you 4 training sessions with us, however we are currently not doing classes). The rescue strives to give you a puppy that has a good foundation for you to build upon. We are a FORCE FREE rescue. The adoption contract you will be signing specifically states that you agree to NEVER use any aversive methods nor tools like a shock, prong or choke collar. We are never sure about breed because we do not do DNA (we make our best guess), so if that is important to you, these puppies may not be the right choice for you. Please, consider everything when making a decision to adopt a puppy. As part of your adoption package, each dog/puppy will be fully vaccinated (Da2PP, Rabies), have a microchip, and be spayed/neutered. You may need to come back to us to complete shots, spay or neuter, hw test. You will receive 6 mths of HW preventative. You will receive a free bag of premium dog food.
