About Rocket

Rocket was dumped off at a truck stop, an employee saw someone leave him but unfortunately wasn't able to get the license plate number. Rocket stayed around the truck stop eagerly awaiting his owner to come back for him, sadly after several weeks that did not happen. People close by fed and tried to catch him, but he was quick, hence the name Rocket. Then one day he ran in a near by yard that had a doggie door and right in he went! The lady reported he was fine with her dog and a nice boy. Rocket is approx. 10-12 mos. old, (still a baby) and approx. 45 lbs. He is in good shape and obviously was being fed. Rocket will be up for adoption on 7-10-21, and in our adoption area on 7-7-21. An enclosed fenced area is a must. Rocket needs a home that will not discard him when the novelty of a new dog has worn off, he needs a stable happy life. We do adopt out of area providing adopter is will to make more than one trip. There are NO exceptions, and we do not hold animals. All Kittens and puppies must weigh 2 lbs. for surgery and there are a limited number of veterinarians in our area that will do a pediatric spay/neuter.
