About Cayo

'Cayo': The name meaning 'rejoice'. Cayo was named this as we all rejoiced bringing him into the rescue since he was previously living outside in the unbearable Tucson summer heat. Cayo is a handsome hunk, currently weighing ~117lbs (although he's supposed to weigh closer to 85). This neutered male is a gentle giant, but a giant nonetheless and needs a strong handler but would probably do well with kids 12+. We think Cayo would be best as your only pet. Even though Cayo needs to be your one and only he makes up for it in love. He's great at playing fetch and absolutely loves to spend time with people.
