About Blondie and Tucker

ADOPTIONS PENDING. Two kittens available for adoption...Blondie and Tucker. These rowdy babies were born on April 28th to single mom, Julia (abandoned by the cowardly rake who had promised her the moon over my hammy). Julia, a Maine Coon polydactyl cat, had already been left to fend for herself by some human, who seems to be a ne'er do well, but since we don't know the full circumstances, we'll reserve judgement. Julia was alone, afraid, hungry and in need of a friend. She found one. Grammie Dee is a lifelong cat lover and long-time animal rescuer. So Julia came to stay with Grammie D after walking into THE TRAP!!! Ah well, it turned out to be a gentle trap, and made Julia's world sooo much better. A few days later, the babies arrived. The children have been lovingly and excellently cared for by Momma Julia and Grammie D. They are happy and healthy. They've received their first vaccinations, are eating both Instinct and Purina kitten kibble, as well as Instinct canned food. They've been wormed, but as is necessary with kittens will need a few more doses every couple of weeks. A home inside with loving humans is preferred. These kids have never met a dog, other cats, or children, having led a sheltered life, but they're loving and socialized. They like to sleep on the bed with Grammie D. Grammie Dee would love to find excellent homes for Blondie (girl), and Tucker (girl)before she becomes that crazy cat lady her sons have always believed she would be. Momma Julia will be available for adoption, too, once she is spayed. Grammie Dee requires contact information, a veterinary reference, and an adoption contract for these special babies. The new owners will be required to have them altered when they are a few months older.
