About Aspen & Denver

6 yr old blue Merle female (on left), bonded to littermate brother (Denver, fawn color on the right) so they need to go as a pair. He is difficult because he is a typical cattle dog and does not like a lot of commotion or strangers. Aspen is more relaxed and has a hilarious personality. Both are extremely smart! She has done (and loved) beginning agility and is a registered AKC Canine Good Citizen. He is obedience trained as well but can forget his manners when he gets over-stimulated. When he is comfortable, Denver is a calm, sweet, loving boy who will do anything to protect and please his human. Aspen is mischievous and playful and the more energetic of the two! Both are extremely athletic and love playing games and learning new tricks! They would do best on a farm or suburban home with a lot of room to run. City noise and strange people will stress Denver. Aspen goes to doggy daycare and does well with other dogs, but Denver is a Lone Ranger and prefers the company of his sister. Neither one has any known health issues. I am absolutely heartbroken but I am moving overseas and I cannot take them. Only serious, experienced dog parents need apply.
