Meet Kate! Breed: Aussie/Catahoula Mix. Age: 1.5 years. Weight: est 35lbs. Training: doing great with crate, leash, and house training. Good with other dogs/cats? Dogs, yes, will require meeting dogs already in the home before adoption. Cats, no. Good with adults/kids? Due to her herding breeds, we are requiring no small kids. All adult home preferred. Personality: very active, friendly, & affectionate. She needs an active and dog savvy home. Fenced yard required. Reason for rescue: owner surrender to the shelter for not getting along with the other small dog in the home. Due to this, the shelter deemed her 'unadoptable' & she was going to be euthanized if a rescue didn't step up. Kate is spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, and current on vaccinations and preventatives. If interested in adding Kate to your family, please message for an adoption application!
