It's Prince saying 'Hi' in my search for my forever home. The last few months have been full of transitions for me and my foster mama was wonderfully patient. After learning she was safe, I started soliciting the royal pets, then offering the princely paw then two. Then I tucked my head into her legs. It's the ultimate gesture from a Prince - one of affection, trust - it's my thing! With time, I also learned I like having my neck softly scratched, my face/ears massaged, and most recently, my princely bum scratched and tummy rubs! I'm a 9 year old 60 Lb. smart pup who loves to play and show off my princely manners: sit, down, paw, shake, touch, come, wait, leave it, drop. I like to play fetch, tug of war, and I love squeaky toys. My energy level is medium and while I'm not a runner or hiker, I like my walks especially in the park where I wave the royal paw, as I pass strangers on the street with grace. Slow introductions to new people are needed, having to meet them a few times. It is a Prince's job to protect his subjects after all. My ideal family is dog savvy/experienced, both or one working from home/retired, no children, understanding my decree to do things at my own pace, make the first moves and seeking more. I am a sensitive soul at heart and need slow introductions, but I promise the wait is worth it!
