About Lady

This is Lady, she is a very energetic loving girl that loves to run, jump and chase her ball. She has been with us since 8 weeks old and she has been loved every minute of her life with us. Unfortunately, she is increasingly incompatible with our current life's situation. Our children have autism and require an enormous amount of time and attention, which is attention we are increasingly unable to give to Lady. She is not aggressive toward children. When everyone is calm around the house, our kids are able to be around her, pet and hug her. Unfortunately, she tends to play aggressively with them, nipping at the heals as they try to run. Given her size, this is starting to become an issue. She doesnt seem to be aggressive toward cats. One of our cats tolerates her to an extent, but Lady tends to be confrontational, and has a huge instinct to chase when ever the cat tries to get away. It seems to us Lady needs an environment when she can be the center of attention. It breaks our hearts to have to consider finding another home for her, but unfortunately, our kids well-being takes precedence.
