Penelope is a sweet girl. Because she was severely scratching her ear bloody the vet removed her claws in all four feet so she is an INSIDE CAT ONLY. She gets along with most dogs. I have four dogs that chase her upstairs every time she tried to come down and it is unfair to her. She is the cat who lives on the stairs. She deserves a home where she can roam and be happy and not be hounded by 4 dogs continuously. I do not have children so I am unsure how she will do with small children.
