About Bear

I moved into the neighborhood 4 months ago. I was told that Bear was left by his owner 2 years ago. He has no claws and maybe 1 tooth left in his mouth. He is great with kids but prefers older children and adults. He loves sitting next to you on the couch and will purr the night away. I tried to take him in but he likes to be indoor and outdoor. He uses a cat door and doesn't like to use the liter box. He doesn't go in the house, he prefers to go outside like a dog. He has gotten locked in before and does use the liter box then, he just doesn't prefer it. He likes a can of food each night and really looks forward to that. We are a young family and go on many vacations. I could just kick him out till we get back but I feel bad he doesn't have a couch to sleep on or wet food at night.
