About Axl

NEED FOSTER/FOSTER TO ADOPT HOME IMMEDIATELY. AN EXPERIENCED OWNER IS A MUST. THIS DOG HAS SEVERE SEPARATION ANXIETY AND NEEDS ONE-ON-ONE AND TRAINING. His owner already tried taking him to a shelter but he was turned away due to his high anxiety. From owner: Axl is nine months of age, I purchased him in downtown LA during the middle of the pandemic. Axl has become very attached and gets anxious when not around. He is very playful and loving, but requires a lot of attention. He has a lot of energy that needs to be exerted. He is fully potty trained but unfortunately with raising him in a apartment I was unable to crate train him due to his excessive howling. He is a beautiful boy with a huge heart and wears his personality on his sleeve. He hasn't attacked any cats before but I do feel he is too playful to be around cats. He has not been around any children and unfortunately he is not neutered or vaccinated. If a foster home is found for Axl under our organization, we will handle his neuter, vaccinations, and all vet care before adoption. A foster to adopt home will allow for getting to know Axl and see if he is the right fit for adoption, or you can help to rescue him and foster only until a permanent home is found through us. All dogs receive vet care before adoption, including spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, Heartworm/Lyme/Ehrlichia 4DX snap test, deworming, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchip.
