She is adoptable and available to rescues. Zoey is coming up on the euthanasia list. She needs a miracle ��%BD����%BD Donations towards her rescue would be greatly appreciated ��%BD��%8F Sparkly ZOEY 40 lb, 2 years old, found as a stray. She is a TALKER and desperately wants us to hear her story. She is super treat motivated and affectionate. Volunteers noted barrier frustration.
