About Mece

Mece is 11 years old. She is up-to-date with her shots and has hyperthyroid problems which require her to take 1 small pill with her food every day. She is generally healthy and she is a smaller cat -- only 5 lbs! Recently realized that she is deaf, but she is quite smart and very affectionate -- she warms up to people fast. She is very friendly and has never bitten or scratched me. She likes to sit on people's lap and asks for pets & kisses. She hasn't lived with dogs before. She gets along well with other cats but she prefers to be the only queen of the house. She is a little finicky with her litter boxes, and she strongly prefers clean & unscented litter boxes. She is a very sweet cat and I want to find her a nice home given that I am moving soon and would not relocate with her. Given her (minor) medical conditions, a person who only wants to keep 1 cat at their home or an experienced cat owner would be ideal.
