Meet Pumpernickel! Age: approx 7 months. Breed: boxer/pit bull mix. Size: est 29lbs. Training: crate trained, doing great with leash and house training! Good with dogs? Yes. Good with men/women/kids? Yes! Personality: Pumpernickel is playful and loving. He can be timid at first, but that doesn't last long! She is very loyal and can go off leash on her foster's farm. Reason for rescue: owner surrender - accidental litter. She had been given away by the previous owner and returned through no faults of her own. We will be helping spay the mom. We have had 2 of siblings as well. She is spayed, heartworm negative, and current on vaccinations and preventatives.
