My attention was riveted on ROSIE the moment I saw her in the kennel, although it took a couple of days before she exited the cubby and made a full appearance. She entered the East Valley Animal Shelter, Van Nuys, CA, as a 'stray' on May 13, and it has been necessary to go slow while trying to gain her confidence and trust. The wait is worth it, because each day she is coming out of her shell. Yesterday, when I went to her kennel to take her out, Rosie is 2 years old and 48 pounds. ROSIE (ID #A1978252) could barely contain her excitement; her entire body wagged. Walking by barking dogs causes her to 'pancake', but it's becoming easier to coax her forward. She is quite loving, and loving her is easy. ROSIE is 2-years-old and she weighs 44 pounds. Her coat is a rich chocolate color and she has inquisitive eyes. Watching her get a case of zoomies, then spread out like a frog are other reasons to be riveted on ROSIE. For more information and to schedule an appointment to adopt/rescue riveting ROSIE, call (888) 452-7381, then press 4 to be connected to the East Valley shelter
