About Tucson

This adorableness is 'Tucson' ��� This little man was rescued from a hoarding situation. Although he somewhat looks like a Chihuahua/Beagle mix, we are not sure specifically what his breed mix is. What we do know is that he is approximately 7 months old, 12 lbs. and growing into those long legs of his! :O Tucson will likely be 15-18 lbs. full grown. Tucson is a friendly, playful guy who is dog friendly and people affectionate. He is crate trained and has had no accidents in his foster home. He is on a pretty rigid schedule though for potty breaks to insure his training in that area continues. Tucson is pretty good on leash (although he has lots of bouncy, puppy energy), and likes squeaky toys. As he is currently in teething mode, he can be a little mouthy during playtime. Tucson's ideal home would be one ready for a puppy who needs continued reinforcement on his potty training and correction on his mouthiness to his toys and not your hands :O His home should be ready for a pup with lots of curiosity and playful energy. Tucson would likely be fine with a doggy companion but we think a cat free home best as he tends to chase them. Tucson is very loving and likes lots of attention.
