'Hello! Are you looking for a friendlier outside cat that can patrol your perimeters and keep the pests at bay? Well, Herbie is the name and mousin' is the game! I am a 3 year old kitty that came to SVASC from a large hoarding case and while I am used to humans, I prefer to keep my distance. Some staff, as well as my previous caretaker, can handle me, so I likely will come around and be friendly with you, when given the chance. I am a barn cat, which means that I am best suited for outdoor living. It's recommended that I leave the shelter with another available barn cat, unless you already have a few established mousers at your home, that way I'm not inclined to wander. I'm already fixed and up to date on vaccines; I've also been microchipped. The best part? My adoption fee has been waived to an approved adopter!
