About Nem

Meet Nem! She's been my wonderful cat for almost two years now. She's very sweet and loves to chase her toys around the house and then fall asleep on your lap or by your side. Nem loves getting lots of attention from her people, cuddling under the covers or by your side at night, and laying on your lap or chest for hours while you watch a movie. After trying for a while to integrate her into a house with other cats I've realized she will be happiest in a home where she is the only pet. Her records indicate she may have had kittens before she was rescued which has led to some territorial behavior when it comes to other animals. This behavior in no way translates to people or kids, as she is a huge lover to anyone she meets. She is otherwise a fairly low maintenance cat. As long as there is a good alternative, you can keep her from scratching furniture. She loves to eat so you have to control her portions, but she won't bug you too much about mealtimes. I've moved into a situation where Nem is no longer the only cat in my apartment so I'm looking for a home where she can be more at ease. I've absolutely loved bonding with her during out time together and it will be very difficult to let her go. I hope to find someone who can love and care for her as much as I have.
