About DAISY

Adoption Fee: $350
German Shepherd mix
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

Daisy - 1.5 year old, Shepherd mix (We Think) DNA pending ***MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - fully fenced yard, secure yard. Children over 10. #AdoptableDaisy is about a 1.5 year old Shepherd Mix (We Think!) We do have a DNA test pending for her, and should have the results in a week or two. She is the most beautiful girl with a great big smile and jet black fur that has a red glow in the sun!%A0 Her story is a sad one... Daisy came to us after her TWO-WEEK OLD BABIES were dumped at the shelter after being ripped away from their precious mama. Then, two weeks later, they showed Daisy just how much they loved her by dumping HER, TOO! UGHHH! Well of course we had to swoop in and grab mom - no mom left behind. EVER! We had daisy groomed, vetted and spent some time with her to see what her perfect forever home should look like, and here is what her foster daddy has to say -%A0 'Daisy is a bundle of sweetness and energy. She loves to play and roughhouse with her foster brother, who is about the same size as her. She loves ALL DA TOYS, and will happily collect them all! She loves to run and will need lots of space to move. She knows her basic commands like sit and down, but we're still working on some manners like walking on leash, keeping paws on the floor, and shaking hands only on command. Daisy has been historically non-reactive on leash and does well. But she can pull a little. She's great around people and kids older than 10. It's unknown how she is around younger kids, but because of her size, we prefer she go to a home with children over 10. She's often in motion, and her tail will quickly clean off a coffee or end table. One of her favorite things to do is attach herself to your leg or hip and follow you around. She just loves attention and will stand there for hours while you pet her. When she gets tired or stressed, she likes to go find her safe space like under a table or desk, lie down, and chill out. She will make a great companion for someone!%A0 If you are not quite ready to add a new member to your family, won't you please #SHARE%A0our adoptable kiddos? You never know when your share is the share that will bring them home. Daisy's adoption fee is $350 and includes spay, microchip with free lifetime registration, age appropriate vaccinations, dewormers, and she will come home with a hobo bag of things to help her get started in her new furever home.
