Seven year old Springer Spaniel named Newton. He's a great field dog with upland birds and a good companion. My father-in-law recently moved in with us with his cat. The dog dominates the cats so I have to find a good home for him. Dog or wife... Newton is a good upland bird flusher. Fun to watch in the field. He need's work on retrieving. Prefers to eat birds instead of bringing them to me. I just haven't had time to work with him.
