About Ziggy and Bowie

Meet Ziggy and Bowie! This pair joined our rescue because their owner is now disabled and moving. They are loving, sweet, playful, bubbly and a very happy bonded pair. Ziggy (male), 6, is a black with white, Shih Tzu mix and Bowie (male), 6, is a Yorkie maltese mix. These two are such sweeties, are housebroken, crate trained, love to dance and sit for treats, are easy going and eager to find the perfect place to live out their lives; someplace with lots of love! As a loving dog couple, we don't bark, we talk and are eager to share love with you! Ziggy is known for his prancing and is a moderately active guy who is very happy. Bowie is known for his curiosity and active personality. He is an alert little guy and loves to play with Ziggy. Ziggy and Bowie want to meet you if you think you're the best home for them! They are neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and are ready to go to their new home with collars, harnesses and leashes! Ideal home: 1) Daily exercise and a place to safely play together and live out their life 2) An adult to share love with them most of the day 3) A quiet place to hang without the distraction of younger children 4) Fenced yard/patio Pathways Home feels strongly that doggy doors are dangerous because they put the pup at risk for being attacked by wildlife while unsupervised outdoors. We prefer to complete adoptions to homes where owners have safety enclosures or are willing to permanently remove and seal off the doggy door.
