About Dolly

Our pretty little Dolly was rescued in January of this year and the day she left the vet's office her 'supposed to be foster' bailed on her and she is still without a foster or Foster2Adopt... Since rescuing her from Miami-Dade Animal Services on January 15th, 2021, she has been with BALANCED PAWS for training and what a difference we have seen in her behavior, and overall confidence! While at the shelter she experienced fear based aggression but only through barriers, and didn't understand where she was or why she was there. But we saw right through that! Dolly is the sweetest girl EVER despite her rough past, and she is a volunteer favorite!! But, because of her past she must be the only pet and this is something that we don't think she will ever overcome. But all humans, line up for kisses!! Dolly is beyond ready for a home environment. She is truly so deserving and lucky to be alive today! She is small at just 37lbs, she must be the only pet (No dogs/No Cats), and she Loves cuddles and Kisses, shes a very affectionate girl. Dolly Needs a back yard to run and play freely as she does have a lot of energy. A Secured privacy fence required, as she has shown to be a bit of an escape artist when a fenced is not secured.
