#Nurturing, #Loving & oh so #Sweet, Ladies & Gentlemen meet our #Gorgeous, but #Fearful girl #Frankie. She's a 4 year old Terrier mix, who weighs in at 55lbs. Frankie is full of love, kisses & cuddles. Frankie wants nothing more than to be by her humans side and craves human companionship with those that have earned her trust! This beautiful girl is the definition of 'Pure Love.' Frankie is a little shy when it comes to meeting new people or being introduced to new situations, but she does warm up pretty quickly and loves everyone who will give her attention. She get nervous around little kids, but is very respectful and will walk away and staying in her safe place. Frankie is great with other dogs with proper introduction and loves her foster brothers and sisters. Cats are unknown, as Frankie has not met one yet. Spending time with Frankie is so heartwarming, she just love to put smile on people faces and all she wants in life is to play and have fun. Frankie is: - 100% Potty Trained - 100% Crate Trained - Getting better on a Leash - Good with Dogs - Good with Older Kids (13 & Up) - Good with Cats Adoption #Requirements: No Exceptions - Fenced in Yard Required (5 ft tall or higher) - No Kids Under 13 (Friendly, but Fearful) - Frankie would thrive best in a quiet home without a lot of commotion and very little foot traffic in and out of the house with new people. ��%90 We'd prefer that Frankie has another laid back dog in the home to bond with, but not required. Frankie is currently up for adoption through Lending A Helping Paw Dog Rescue. Her adoption fee is $350 & will include his distemper, rabies, bordetella, parvo, & lepto vaccines; deworming; microchip; heartworm test; fecal test & being fixed. Frankie is currently on both flea & tick, as well as heartworm prevention. Frankie is currently being fostered within the metro Detroit area. We kindly ask that you please wait until then to ask any questions. ***PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST & FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS**** With the Covid-19 Pandemic going on we are still doing adoptions, but please remember that we are all volunteers and safety comes first. Please remember we are not a shelter and are 100% foster based located in Metro Detroit. Once you submit your application, it may take up to 2 weeks for us to get back to you. So please be patient with us. Again, we kindly ask that you please read the entire post to answer your questions. If you cannot follow the instructions properly, we will skip your application and move onto the next one. We kindly ask that you save any questions, comments or concerns for the phone interview. We kindly ask the following: No phone calls, No pm's, & No multiple emails- We are all volunteers and promise to get back to you within a timely fashion! Lending A Helping Paw Dog Rescue; previously known as the PRO-PET-OTIC Foundation, is a 100% Foster-Based Rescue that is ran by all Volunteers. Which means that we are not a shelter & each animal is in an actual home with a foster family. We kindly ask that you put any questions within the email & our team of Volunteers will get back to you. With the overwhelming amount of emails please be patient with our 100% volunteer family and we will get back to you. The application MUST BE filled out, a Vet Check MUST BE completed by our team, as well as a phone interview before we do a 'Meet N Greet.' How To Apply: If you're interested in adopting one of our available dogs: 1. Email [email protected] with the dogs name as the subject when you ask for the adoption application. 2. Once you have completed the application, please print it out, fill it out, scan it, & then email it back to [email protected]. If you do not have a scanner, please take a picture with your phone and we kindly ask that you sent all attachments into one email. 3. Please make sure to call your vet to grant our organization permission to do a vet check on your current pet. 4. If you are interested in more than one dog, please list your top 3 choices on the completed application. 5. Please be honest & truthful on your application. We always do a vet Check. We always do a home visit. And we always have both the prospective families & dogs best interest at heart!
