IF YOU SEE THIS - SHE IS AVAILABLE Echo is approximately 1 year old and has lived most of her life in a shelter. Her owner took the puppy to be put down because there was something wrong with her. A visit to the neurologist and an MRI revealed that Echo has a birth defect and is missing part of her brain. She is perpetually happy and just loves to run, bounce, and play. Echo is sweet and gentle but doesn't understand a lot. Her new home MUST HAVE a big fenced yard, kids and another dog who likes to play and a parent who is home more than not. Echo does not do well with confinement. She needs open space and room to frolic. Echo's new home must understand that training may be difficult and her vision is impaired - she needs special care and extra love. The missing part of her brain is the part that processes new things. Note that she is not able to understand stairs and prefers not to be picked up.
