About MOLLY

***NEEDS FOSTER or FUREVER HOME*** Currently in Boise MOLLY was found in north Lubbock with her 7 brothers and sisters when they were 8 weeks old. They were rescued and placed in a foster home. The rescue in Texas had to close because of owner health reasons, so FFAR offered to help. MOLLY is now 18 months young. MOLLY is sweet and very affectionate. She is a little nervous in her new surroundings, but, fortunately, she gets to live with her sibling CASSIDY in a double-wide boarding kennel. She has won the hearts of her rescuers and everyone that she meets. Her blend of Catahoula, Lab, Black Mouth Cur, and American Foxhound makes her especially beautiful and smart. MOLLY loves people, dogs, and older children (cats, no so much). On her first day outing, a young child ran towards her and she was a bit frightened, so maybe no young kids for now. She loves to run and play outdoors, so a big yard with a good fence is a must. She is an excellent watchdog and will sound the bark alarm when someone approaches the house or yard. MOLLY walks well on a leash. MOLLY was recently temperament tested and allowed in the off-leash doggy playgroups at her boarding spa. The big dog playgroups were a little much for her, but she did very well with the little dog playgroups. She likely just needs time to find her confidence. We recently learned that MOLLY is not a fan of water, as in baths. She did well during her nail trim though. MOLLY is already spayed, current on vaccines, and ready for her furever home.
