About Teddy

Teddy is a very happy guy with lots of puppy attitude. He will play, play, play and loves being with people but also other dogs. While he wants to be close to his people, don't expect a couch potato. *** Our guess is that he has Australian cattle dog (heeler) and pug in him and possibly other breeds. He is medium-small. His teeth look great and we are guessing he is somewhere from 7 months old to almost a year. *** Teddy came from an AZ shelter where he was found tied up to a tree during the night outside the shelter. He was left by someone and found by the staff the next morning. *** Teddy is potty trained and crate trained. He does well on leash, but prefers to be hugging your leg. So can use some help correcting that. Teddy also will need a seatbelt and some extra help learning to relax while riding in the car. He is such a happy, loving boy that you get nothing but wet kisses on your cheek and ears while driving. *** Teddy does great with dogs, cats, and kids. *** We haven't seen much interest in toys besides tennis balls. He'd rather play with others of any species. *** Teddy is very observant and thoughtful before making a decision on what to do. He is such a sweetheart and will learn things quickly.
